  • Product availability is subject to stock.

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products without prior notice.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify prices without prior notice.

  • Correct pricing errors.

  • Cancel orders placed due to technical or pricing errors.

4. Order Acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation.

Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.

Sovra Studio reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:

  • Incorrect pricing

  • Incorrect customer information

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

If payment has already been received, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD)

For eligible orders, Sovra Studio offers Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD).

By selecting this payment method, you agree that:

  • A small advance payment is required during checkout.

  • The remaining balance is payable upon delivery.

  • The advance amount is non-refundable if the order is refused without a valid reason or returned due to customer unavailability or incorrect address.

  • Orders may be verified before dispatch.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped according to our Shipping Policy.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

  • Government restrictions

  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Sovra Studio is not responsible for delays caused after the shipment has been handed over to the courier partner.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds for Partial COD orders will be processed via UPI or bank transfer after the returned product passes inspection.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

If a customer refuses delivery of a Partial COD order without a valid reason, the advance payment may be forfeited.

9. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information.

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes.

  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

  • Upload malicious software or harmful code.

  • Copy or misuse website content without permission.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order.

Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
